Free In-Store Pickup

Arrange in-store pickup at any of our three locations by ordering online or calling your preferred store location.

Within 1-5 days your items will be available at your preferred Sound Exchange location.

Select Browse or Search to view the inventory of your selected pickup location.  You may also extend your view to include the other stores.  You may also view the inventory in our huge warehouse of new items.  If desired, items may be placed into your Shopping Cart when you want these items ordered and reserved for you.  Also, selected items listed may be “Bid” on.

Select Pending Arrivals to view those items that are in our 15 day Hold bin. By Florida law we must hold all items that we purchase from the public for Cash for 15 days. You may identify items that you have  interest in and can request that an email be sent to you on the day that they become available for sale.

Many items must be held for 15 Days, but not all items.  So don't assume that every item in our stores will appear here first. Some items can be found immediately in New Arrivals or via the Browse feature.

Select New Arrivals to view only those items that have arrived recently and are available for sale. You may place these items into your Shopping Cart.

When using Search Warehouse you are viewing an entirely different inventory from any of the three store locations.  The Warehouse contains only New titles for CDs, DVDs, and LPs, (no Video Games or Blu-Ray at this time). You may enter data into the Artist, Title, or UPC fields. Use the same rules that you use for searching the Store inventory. Any items with an exact match to all data entered will be displayed.

When ordering from the Warehouse please plan on one to three days for delivery to the store of your choice. You will be notified via email of its anticipated arrival time at the designated Delivery Location.

Select Want List to view a huge list of more than 550,000 titles. When you select a particular title we will tell you if we have it in stock, New or Used, or whether it is orderable as a New item, or that you can place it on your Want List. When we acquire a copy of a title that you have on your Want List (at any of our locations) we will advise you via email. This means if you have placed a title on your Want List you will get first shot at it. So put all of the Sound Exchange stores to  work for you!

Here's an opportunity to save a little extra! You must be logged in to make an offer so do that now at the top of the page. Offers will be accepted or rejected immediately upon entering your offer. Accepted offers will be added to your shopping Cart. You get two tries to bid successfully on the item. If both of your bids are rejected you will not be allowed to make any more offers on that item.

Select Budget DVDs to view the current list of movies that are located in our budget bins. These titles are $3.99 or less. Budget bin titles require you to come into the store and find them yourself and are not orderable via this website. We just want to show you what great stuff we have for very low prices!

UPC (Uniform Product Code) is the number just below the barcode on an item. Searches by UPC will return only items with an exact match for the UPC entered.  Searching by UPC can be very helpful in distinguishing between various versions of a work. As an example, Elton John's Greatest Hits has nearly a dozen UPCs associated with that  title. Some UPCs are for the standard release while others may point  to Imports or Remastered versions, or Bonus Tracks, etc.
